Regia Bakery opened its doors in February 2011 as an idea and today my family and I are proud of our idea.
We are Regios or Regiomontanos for being born in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon Mexico and therefore the name Regia Bakery.
We are a Mexican bakery with authentic flavor and above all, we consider ourselves artisans since each piece is handled and created as an art and baked with love.
I love this phrase "the bakery is not an exact science is an art that is done with love, affection and feeling."
In these 6 years I have been able to realize what I enjoy when I present the history, culture and traditions of Mexican bread, but above all the satisfaction that through my business many families, friends, colleagues, employees, etc. gather around one table to share the sweet bread, and spend unforgettable moments leaving a good and sweet taste in their mouth.
